Please take time to read these terms and conditions it is important for both of us that you understand our contractual relationship relating to booking with the Doorguy.co.uk.

Unlike with many other similar companies your booking & contract is with us directly and not a third party (Except for the sale of a very small number of certain entertainment products). Any payments are held by us and released to your chosen venue after your booking date.

Please make sure that you have read these terms and conditions before completing your transaction with us

Payments
Unless otherwise specified on the website we take full payment when you book.

Additional Charges
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time before you book. If we do you will be told of the revised price applicable to your booking before you commit yourself. We often include an administration fee within our bookings if paid by a method that incurs a cost to us – in such cases you will always be made aware of this prior to confirming a booking with us.

Order Confirmation
We always confirm bookings within 8 hours by email to a pre-arranged email address unless you specifically request another means.

Cancellation by you
If you cancel your booking with us up to 48 hours prior to the date of your booking we will refund you in full, if you cancel after this time we will refund you minus a 15% administration fee.

Refunds
If you want to cancel your booking it is important that you notify us in writing with utmost urgency, either by email, fax or letter. In the event your group is not admitted by a venue for reasons not stated below, such as due top the venue being full and not being able to accommodate you, if this is confirmed by the venue you will receive a full refund without dispute.

Licensee Ejection / Unreasonable behaviour
All Licensed premises reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct the management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with the venues rules. Breach of terms or rules may terminate your right to entry without refund unless agreed by an officer or the Doorguy.co.uk.

The Company's Liability to you
We accept liability for matters, which arise as a result of our negligence and/or breach of our contractual duty to exercise care in making arrangements for you.

Special Booking Requirements
We operate a unique policy; endorsed by The Licensed trades and Police.

We will not accept bookings from all male groups or a mixed group with a male contingent larger that 6 without first receiving one form if photo I.D per 6 males.

This Information is never passed on to any agent whatsoever. It is destroyed after 12 months and will only be passed onto the Police if requested. We take this I.D to both ensure venues know, to some extent, which is in their building as part of a large group and also to offer good levels of recourse in the event of any disturbance, conflict or any issue in general within a licensed premises.

This measure helps to ensure responsible drinking levels, customer safety and also provides a responsible face to the Night Time Economy. This has proved particularly successful with venues that would not normally accept large all male groups.
