The Nottingham Chocolate Delight Chocolate Workshop is aimed at anyone who loves chocolate! This is the perfect way to celebrate your Hen Do! The Chocolate Making Classes start with an introduction to the art of making chocolates or simply a fun activity. The courses are immensely popular with people of all ages, and very popular for Hen Events, especially any Chocoholics in Nottingham!
During the course you learn about the history of chocolate before getting hands on and creating real Belgian Truffles. Mixing, piping, cutting, shaping and coating your chocolates before packaging your hand made truffles, ready to take home and enjoy. A chocolate fountain will be running throughout the experience in which you can indulge with your Hen party.
The Chocolate Making Workshop is a fun filled two and a half hour experience and you will learn about the history of chocolate after which one of Chocolate Delight's experienced Chocolatiers will teach you about the magical history of chocolate from the very beginning to the product we know and love today, then guide you through the art of making delicious Belgian truffles by hand, using raw chocolate ingredients. You will cut, roll, dip and decorate your creations as well as learning how to temper chocolate.
You will leave the Chocolate Making Workshop with around 30-50 truffles for you to indulge by yourself or to show off to your friends and family, that's around half a kilo of finished chocolate!
